What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You keep trading, keep your products and keep getting paid into your own Stripe — customers follow their order on a link instead of getting a text. Add a card whenever you like.
Can I cancel, and do I get money back?
Cancel from Plan & billing whenever you like — no notice, no fee. You keep the month you have paid for. A charge queried within 7 days of its billing date is refunded in full: billing, cancelling and refunds.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Card payments go directly into your own Stripe account, which charges its own processing fee. We never hold your money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who signs in to sell or make — each gets their own code on the till. You do not count against it: running your own account is not a seat. If you already have more people than a plan allows, nobody is locked out; you just cannot add another.
Do I need to buy hardware from you?
No, and we do not sell any. It runs in a browser on the tablet, phone or laptop you already have, and works with a Stripe card reader if you want to take cards in person. Letting customers order themselves means putting one of your own devices on the counter.
What counts as a trade?
Embroidery, engraving, printing — the thing you make. Every one you work in is included, so embroidering on Saturday and cutting on Sunday costs nothing extra.
