Live Vendor OS is software provided by Prototyp3d LLC for vendors to run their own sales, production and pickup. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

Card payments go into your own Stripe account, not ours. We never hold your takings and cannot move them. Stripe’s own fees and terms apply to those payments.

Your products, customers and orders belong to you. You can ask for an export at any time. If you close your account we remove it, and that is irreversible.

• Only collect a mobile number from somebody who has been told they will be texted about their order.
• Do not use the messaging for marketing. It is registered with carriers for order notifications, and misusing it puts every vendor on the service at risk, not only you.
• Keep your sign-in details and tablet PINs to yourself.

This is beta software. We test it and we use it ourselves, and it will still have faults. Keep your own record of anything you could not afford to lose, and tell us when something goes wrong — that is what a beta is for.

You can stop at any time and we will not charge you again. There is no notice period and no minimum term.
