Live Vendor OS is operated by Prototyp3d LLC. It is software that vendors use to run their own business, so there are two kinds of people in it: the vendors who sign in, and their customers, whose details the vendor collects while serving them.

• A mobile number and a first name, given at the counter.
• What was ordered, what it cost, and whether it has been paid.
• Whether the order has been made and collected.

Card details are never held by us. Payments go directly to Stripe, and the vendor is paid into their own Stripe account.

• Tell the customer when their order is ready.
• Let staff find the order at the counter to hand it over.
• Let the vendor see their own sales and see returning customers.

Only the vendor the customer bought from, and the services that make the app work: Supabase, which stores the data; Stripe, which takes payments; Twilio, which delivers the text messages; and Vercel, which runs the software. Each sees only what it needs to do its part.

No vendor can see another vendor’s customers, orders or anything else.

For as long as the vendor keeps their account, because an order from two years ago is still their record of a sale. A vendor closing their account removes their data along with it.
