What we send

Telling a customer that the order they placed in person is ready to collect, and sending a quote or payment link when a vendor asks for one.

These are service messages about an order somebody placed. We never send marketing by text — no offers, no newsletters, and no messages about anything other than the order in front of us.

How you opted in

A customer gives their mobile number to a member of staff at the counter when placing an order, and it is entered on the till in front of them. The screen states that they will be texted when the order is ready. No number is collected any other way, and none is ever bought, imported or added from a list.

How often

One message per order, when it is ready. Occasionally a second if the vendor sends a quote or a payment link. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging of any kind.

What they look like

  • Filamented.Shop: order #1042 is ready to collect. Come to the counter and give your name. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Filamented.Shop: your quote is ready — https://www.livevendoros.com/q/EXAMPLE Reply STOP to opt out.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Opt-outs are handled by the carrier and take effect immediately. Reply START to resume.

Opting out never affects your order. You will still be served, and you can still follow the order on the link shown at the counter.

Costs

We never charge for a message. Message and data rates may apply depending on your own mobile plan.

Who is sending them

Messages are sent by Prototyp3d LLC, which operates Live Vendor OS, on behalf of the business you bought from. That business’s name appears at the start of every message.
