Return policy

Everything we make is personalized for you, so personalized and custom items are final sale. We can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If we made a mistake — your item arrived damaged or faulty, or the name, colour or design isn't what you ordered — we'll remake it or refund you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo.

Please check your spelling and choices before you check out. We make exactly what is on your order, so a remake for a detail entered at checkout is at your cost.

Cancellations: you can cancel an online order until we start making it. Orders made on the spot at an event can't be cancelled.

Shipping: once your parcel is with the carrier, we'll help you file a claim if it is lost or delayed.
